An updated message to our WITTNER community
We must do our best to protect the health and safety of our community, our team and our customers. The only way to do this is to stay at home and, as such, we wanted to let you know about some changes taking place in the Wittner world.
We have made the difficult decision to close all of our retail stores across Australia until further notice.
We have made this choice through mutual agreement with all our team members and we would like to thank them and you for the support and understanding we’ve received. Our New Zealand stores will also remain closed in line with the government directive.

You can still find us online at wittner.com.au, which will continue to operate and make sure you can get renowned Wittner quality at the click of a button.
We have chosen to offer an extended returns period and are continuing to provide free standard shipping on orders over $130. Our shipping partners have implemented contactless delivery for your safety and will keep delivering for as long as we can ship orders.
Should you wish to make a return, you can do so via our online returns portal at https://wittner.com.au/returns/ or visit us in-store once we have reopened. While the stores are closed we will be unable to process refunds or exchanges but we promise to honour these once we are up and running again.
