While our Victorian stores remain closed due to COVID-19 restrictions, we are offering extended returns to our Victorian customers. Customers in VIC who recently purchased online or in-store can return their items up to 30 days after retail restrictions are lifted.
Before returning an item, please check to see whether it meets the following conditions.
To place an online return, please follow the steps below:
*All costs associated with shipping will be at the customer's expense. If an item bought online is returned for refund, Wittner will not refund any shipping costs incurred during purchase or return.
**If your purchase was made in-store via credit card or cash payment, we can only offer exchanges or credit notes when you return using the online portal.
If your purchase is not quite right, you can exchange it in line with our return conditions.
All returns and exchanges are to be managed in the country and currency of the original purchase.

If you return an AfterPay, ZipPay or Paypal purchase in store, your refund will be processed the next business day.
AfterPay, ZipPay or Paypal purchases returned online will be refunded within 1-3 business days of the return being received.
All purchases made at a Wittner David Jones Concession stores fall under David Jones’ returns and exchange policy and must be returned to a David Jones store.
Wittner retail stores and online cannot accept returns of products purchased in a David Jones concession and David Jones cannot accept returns of products purchased from Wittner retail stores or online. This includes gift vouchers, e-vouchers and credit notes.
Whether you shop in-store or online our policy is the same.
You can return or exchange any item, including sale, that is unworn and in its original condition to any Wittner store or Wittner Online Returns within 30 days of purchase to receive a refund, credit or exchange.
Proof of purchase in the form of a receipt or your Wittner Co online order history for Wittner Co members will be needed to process the return. To join Wittner Co, click here.
Wittner product purchased through David Jones, The Iconic, or any other 3rd party marketplace should be returned directly to that business. As these companies have their own return policies, you should check their web site for specific details.
If you are unable to provide proof of purchase, we can exchange your item or get a credit note for the current selling price of that item.

If you would like to exchange your item, please visit your nearest Wittner store or read the exchanges section above.
Faulty merchandise can be returned to any Wittner store or Wittner online within a reasonable timeframe. Your item will undergo a physical assessment by a Wittner representative, where they can determine whether your item is eligible for repair, replacement or refund.
In order to reduce landfill and the impact on the environment, our team will seek, whenever possible, to repair your product to your satisfaction in preference to its replacement.
You can return items to any Wittner store in Australia.
New Zealand customers who have purchased from wittner.com.au or an Australian Wittner store, must return their order by post only. Our New Zealand stores cannot accept returns or exchanges for items purchased online or in Australia.
Please note: Shoes bought at Wittner stores cannot be returned to David Jones stores.
