We've Missed You

Dear Wittner community,
We have been humbled by the kind words and support we’ve received throughout this challenging period. From our team members to our customers, our community truly embodies the Australian spirit of togetherness and, for that, we are so thankful.
As restrictions around the nation begin to ease, it is time for us to take small (but exciting) steps forward as a brand. That’s why we’re thrilled to announce that we have started to reopen stores across Australia.
The health of our staff and customers remains paramount, so we have planned a slow and controlled reopening strategy, assessed on a store by store basis, to ensure everyone’s safety and make sure we align with all government recommendations.
To find a store open near you, please visit our store locator online. This will be continually updated to reflect reopenings and varying store hours.
We have also implemented new in-store measures to protect you and our team. We kindly ask that you respect these processes, as they have been put in place for everyone’s benefit.
STORE CAPACITY LIMIT
To ensure a 1.5m distance between those shopping in store.
INCREASED HYGIENE MEASURES
Including hand sanitising equipment and regular surface cleaning.
CONTACTLESS PAYMENTS
We kindly request all customers to use card payments or ‘Buy Now, Pay Later’ options where possible.
As an independent, family-owned Australian business, we are grateful for all the support we’ve received from this community. In return, we would like to offer our support back by celebrating remarkable Australian businesses that matter to us.
Our upcoming #supportlocal initiative will highlight some of the amazing small businesses around the country, and offer them an opportunity to tell you precisely why you should shop Australian.
