The Encoreship offers women looking to return to work the chance to upskill and build, not only their practical experience, but their confidence as well.

Who can Apply

For 2022, we've joined a collective of nine brands that are offering Encoreship roles for anyone who identifies as a women and is having difficulty re-entering the workforce after an extended period away (1+ years).

The Process


Step One

Apply for The Encoreship program via the portal link on this page. The application link will be live from 1 March 2022.

Step Two

Applications close on 22 March 2022, followed by interviews and final offers to the successful Encorers.

Step Three

The Encorers will start their positions in April or May 2022 and alongside their work, will have tailored upskilling and training.

Step Four

Career transition mentoring and a personal development program is included, to help Encorers secure their next role.
