Can I purchase over the phone?

 

We offer many different payment options and these can be referred to at our Payment Methods page.

To protect your security, we are unable to complete Wittner purchases over the phone in Australia.

New Zealand customers may purchase over the phone by calling the team at our Wellington store on 04-889 4147, and if the product is in stock, they will ship it to your home. Payment is to be made via direct bank deposit and our Wellington team will guide you through this process.

What is Click & Collect?

 

Click & Collect allows you to order online and pick up your order in store for free.

What can I do if I can’t find the shoe I’m looking for online?

 

If the shoe you are looking for isn't online, it is most likely sold out. We understand that this can disappointing but we encourage you to sign up to our WittnerCo.loyalty club so that we can notify you of restocks and new shoes you will love!

How do I apply a promo code to my order?

 

At the checkout, enter your promo code into the Coupon Code field beneath your item summary and the discount will be applied to your order total. If you are having trouble with a promo code, double check the spelling and ensure the code is still applicable.
