How can I contact Customer Service?

You can contact our Customer Service team via LiveChat between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday, or email to support@wittner.com.au.

Can I edit or cancel my order?

Please ensure all order details are correct before placing your order. We aim to process orders as quickly as possible; and as such, we’re unable to make any changes, amendments, or cancellations once your order has been placed.

Where can I find my closest Wittner store?

You can find your closest Wittner store’s contact details and location in the store locator.

Can I give Authority to Leave my parcel outside if I’m not home?

All of our orders are given Authority to Leave by default. This means that your order will be left in a safe place, at your delivery address if a recipient isn't present to accept the order. If you are wanting to change this option or know where your existing order is, you can make the changes or get updates via the AusPost Website or by downloading the AusPost App here.

Can I purchase over the phone?

We offer many different payment options and these can be referred to at our Payment Methods page.

To protect your security, we are unable to complete Wittner purchases over the phone.

What is Click & Collect?

Click & Collect allows you to order online and pick up your order in store for free.

How does pre-order work?

1. Simply select your item and size, add to your Shopping Bag and proceed to checkout as usual.

2. Once your order is placed and you have secured your purchase, we will deliver your item as soon as it’s available to be shipped.

3. Approximate arrival dates are indicated on the product page of your chosen item underneath the price.

4. You will be notified once your order is shipped and on its way to you.

Products available only on pre-order will be marked as such, please read the description carefully to ensure you are happy to wait for the expected arrival period. The date is an expected delivery date, and may be subject to change due to elements outside of our control. You will be charged for the item at the time of placing a pre-order. Your items will be shipped as soon as they arrive in our warehouse and you will be notified.

What can I do if I can’t find the shoe I’m looking for online?

If the shoe you are looking for isn't online, it is most likely sold out. We understand that this can disappointing but we encourage you to sign up to our WittnerCo.loyalty club so that we can notify you of restocks and new shoes you will love!

How do I apply a promo code to my order?

At the checkout, enter your promo code into the Coupon Code field beneath your item summary and the discount will be applied to your order total. If you are having trouble with a promo code, double check the spelling and ensure the code is still applicable.

I signed up to Wittner Co. in-store - now what?

Welcome to the family! You should have received an email with a link to set your password and activate your account. If you've checked your inbox, promotional & spam folders and can't find the email, please visit our login page enter your email address and click Forgot Password to receive a new password reset link. Once reset, you will be able to login to your account dashboard.

I forgot my Wittner Co. password!

This one's an easy fix! Visit our login page, enter your email and click 'forgot password'. You'll receive an email with a link to reset and then log in.

I shop Wittner at David Jones, Myer or the Iconic - can you help?

Wittner partners with various retailers, including Myer, David Jones, and The Iconic. When purchasing from one of our partners, all enquiries, e.g. transactions, deliveries and returns are handled by these third parties, and we’re unable to access your order history or process returns on their behalf.

Did my Wittner Co. membership benefits change?

Yes — as of 5 November 2025, the Wittner Co. experience has been refreshed to provide more flexible and exciting rewards. While tiered benefits have been retired, members can enjoy both regular and surprise benefits, including exclusive offers, birthday treats and other updates sent directly to their inbox.

How do I receive my Welcome voucher?

Your welcome code is our way of saying thanks for joining Wittner Co. It’s available to first-time customers only, so if you’ve shopped with us before — in-store or online — or previously subscribed, you won’t be eligible to receive a code.

For those returning, we’re so glad to have you back — and we can’t wait to share more Wittner Co. benefits with you again.

How do I receive my Birthday voucher?

To receive your birthday voucher, make sure your date of birth is registered in-store or via your Wittner Co. account preference centre at least one month before your birthday. Birthday vouchers are automatically sent in the lead-up to your special day, and unfortunately, can’t be issued retrospectively — so be sure to register early so you don’t miss out!

How do change my details or preferences?

If you’d like to update your account details — such as your address, email, or password — you can do so via your account login under ‘Addresses’, ‘Preferences’, or ‘Email Preferences’. You can also update your email preferences using the link in your most recent email from us.
